This invitation to tender applies to the property management services of the Savonlinna branches of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Xamk Oy) and the Technology Park Noheva area of Savonlinnan Yritystilat Oy as of 1.1.2023.

Property management services will cover the following buildings and their surroundings:

- Savonlinna campus, Savonniemenkatu 6, commissioned by Xamk Oy

- Noheva 1, Vipusenkatu, commissioned by Sln Yritystilat Oy

- Kuitu 3, Vipusenkuja, commissioned by Xamk Oy

- Kasvu 1, Vipusenkuja, commissioned by Xamk Oy

- Kasvu 2, Vipusenkuja, commissioned by Sln Yritystilat Oy

- Fibre Laboratory, Vipusenkatu, commissioned by Sln Yritystilat Oy

- OPTIO Wood Laboratory (building to be completed later), Vipusenkatu, commissioned by Xamk Oy

The appendices to the invitation to tender describe the procurement with the help of the contract programme, service descriptions and base maps.

The offer is submitted as annual and unit prices to a separate price attachment (XLS) and the necessary other attachments are submitted on the portal of the electronic bidding system (Tarjouspalvelu.fi) by downloading.

The offer system directs you to enter the information required for the offer and download the mandatory attachments.

Before submitting a tender, bidders must participate in the presentation of the sites, which:

will be held on 11.10.2022 from 10 a.m. in Savonlinna. You must register for the presentation in advance.
