Framework agreement for the supply of traffic signs - Framework agreement 2023/24, optional 2024/25

Framework agreement on the supply of traffic signs and signposts.The term of the contract is to be twelve months after the order has been placed. The contract is automatically extended for another year if the client does not terminate the contract 3 months before the expiry of the contract, even without giving reasons.

The materials are called off in partial quantities (individual orders). The delivery has to be made per individual order to the building yard of the city of Essen at Elisenstr. 78 in 45139 Essen

The delivery must take place no later than 30 working days after prior order has been placed by telephone or in writing.

The delivery time must be strictly adhered to.

The quantities listed in the bill of quantities have been roughly determined on the basis of empirical values. They correspond to the quantities that are called up on average annually. They can be exceeded or undercut. No claims can be asserted if not all tendered quantities are accepted.

At the same time, it is defined that the difference between the estimated quantity and the quantity of materials called up by each person may not exceed 100 %.

The retrieval of materials takes place in partial quantities, the volume of which does not necessarily result in complete truck loads.

Individual orders are placed for these sub-quantities.
