The indoor outdoor swimming pool Aquaria has been operated since 1973 at Rosenauer Straße 32 in Coburg. Since 1998, the owner and operator has been SÜC Bus und Aquaria GmbH. Both the indoor and outdoor pools have age-related fire protection, static, energy, technical and structural necessities.

On the basis of the information collected in the course of the existing planning for the existing concept studies "ventilation", "general renovation" and "replacement new building", this further expert opinion is intended to examine the targeted possibility of the expedient continued operation of the existing building (outdoor and indoor swimming pool) beyond the year 2030 when the existing building is upgraded, if possible during ongoing (indoor and outdoor building) operation.
