The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of the extension of the sanitary sewer network and modernization of the existing but faulty sections of the water supply network by building new sections of the water supply network in the southern part of the city of Czechowice-Dziedzice as part of the Project 'Regulation of water and sewage management in the municipality of Czechowice-Dziedzice - stage 2 ", Contract IV: Construction of sanitary sewage system and modernization of the water supply network in the area of Czechowice-Dziedzice - Południe, as well as modernization of road surfaces on sections where it is not planned to run the sewage and / or water supply network, construction of foundations for road surfaces and road resistors. The ordering party for the scope of sewage tasks is PIM Sp. z o. o. in Czechowice-Dziedzice, for the scope of water supply tasks is PWiK in Czechowice-Dziedzice Sp. z oo and for the road scope is the Municipality of Czechowice-Dziedzice.
Part 3.1, by way of indication, consists of:
Design and implementation of sewage and water supply networks in the entire area covered by the Concept - in accordance with the annex contained in Volume III of the ToR. The modernized water supply network will include water supply network cables and necessary pipe sections resulting from the need to switch existing connections in the Area covered by the Concept and ensure water supply to existing customers together with the necessary water fittings and water supply devices (e.g. valves, hydrants, ventilating and aerating valves) etc.) in the streets of: Brzozowa, Junacka, Klonowa, Komorowicka, Kwiecista, Olszyny, Robotnicza, Rolna, Rzeczna and Włókiennicza. The estimated length of the water pipes made of PE pipes SDR 11 Ø 40 - 160 mm based on the presented Concept is about 3.84 km (according to PFU points 1.1.2. And 1.4.5) along with the restoration of the surface. In addition, the scope includes the design and implementation of the measuring chamber with equipment (1 piece).
The sewer network will include gravity and pressure lines at Rolna, Junacka, Rzeczna, Kwiecista, Krupnicza, Jastrzębia, Klonowa, Robotnicza, Podwale, Włókiennicza, Brzozowa, Olszyna, Komorowicka, and Bestwińska streets of estimated length (based on the Concept) around 6.4 km Ø90-200 mm together with 3 sewage pumping stations (according to PFU points 1.1.1 and 1.4.3) along with restoration of the surface.
1,279.6 m will be included in the scope of modernization of roads under the management of the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune
The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 and 7 or 134 par. 6 item 3) of the PPL Act.
Part 3.2, roughly, consists of:
Design and implementation of the sewage and water supply network in the entire area covered by the Concept - in accordance with the annex contained in Volume III of the ToR. The modernized water supply network will include water supply network cables and necessary pipe sections resulting from the need to switch existing connections in the concept area and ensure delivery water to existing recipients along with the necessary water fittings and water supply devices (e.g. valves, hydrants, venting-aeration valves, etc.). in Dożynkowa and Ligocka streets. In addition, the scope includes the design of the measuring chamber Ø 1200 mm without accessories (1 set). The estimated length of the water pipes made of PE PE pipes SDR 11 Ø 40 - 160 mm based on the presented Concept is about 0.93 km (according to PFU points 1.1.2. And 1.4.5) along with the restoration of the surface.
The sewer network will include gravity and pressure lines at Spokojna, Stawowa, Marzanny, Wiankowa, Dożynkowa, Braterska, Sobótki, Ligocka, Chałupnicza, Szymanowskiego, and Chopin streets. with an estimated length (based on the Concept) of approximately 4.4 km Ø90-200 mm together with 3 pcs. sewage pumping stations (according to PFU points 1.1.1 and 1.4.3) along with restoration of the surface.
The scope of modernization of roads under the management of the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune will include about 1 602.4 m

Design and implementation of sewage and water supply networks in the entire area covered by the Concept - in accordance with the annex contained in Volume III of the ToR. The modernized water supply network will include water supply network cables and necessary pipe sections resulting from the need to switch existing connections in the Area covered by the Concept and ensure water supply to existing customers along with the necessary water fittings and water supply devices (e.g. valves, hydrants, venting and aerating valves) e.t.c.). in the streets of Brzeziny, Kopernika, Mazańcowicka, Podkępie, Stawowa, and Zamkowa). The estimated length of the water pipes made of PE pipes SDR 11 Ø 40 - 225 mm based on the presented Concept is about 2.19 km (according to PFU points 1.1.2. And 1.4.5) along with the restoration of the surface.
The sewer network will include gravity and pressure lines in Brzeziny, Podkępie, Zamkowa, Mazańcowicka, Kotulińskiego, Kopernika streets of estimated length (based on the Concept) about 3.1 km Ø90-200 mm with 2 sewage pumping stations ( in accordance with PFU points 1.1.1 and 1.4.3) along with restoration of the surface.
Approximately 458.5 m will be included in the scope of modernization of roads managed by the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune
