Enterprise Ireland is seeking a cloud-based all-in-one solution to: a) Manage and circulate documents for Board and Committee meetings in a secure manner. b) Allow users to securely access, review and annotate meeting documents on Windows and iOS devices. c) Provide Corporate risk register management and monitoring capability. d) Provide Corporate objectives management and performance monitoring capability. A securely hosted cloud-only solution is required, with no requirement for Enterprise Ireland to manage on-premises server infrastructure. Tenderers should provide an overview of their solution, the software architecture and the technology used. Tenderers are invited to highlight any key strength’s that their solution has in relation to supporting Enterprise Ireland’s business drivers.
