dismantling and disposal concern the existing building of the canteen; built between 1970 and 1973, consisting of 2 parts of the building: a 2-storey reinforced concrete skeleton structure, which includes the main functions dining room, cafeteria and brasserie, as well as a 3-storey basement building bar for the production kitchen, technology and social areas. The overall building is rectangular in the floor plan. The maximum dimensions in ground floor level are approx. 65.50 m x 55.50 m. The services largely include the return of the building to its shell condition, up to approx. 65% of façade cladding and window elements, plus the crane-supported dismantling of approx. 1 190 m 2 roof cassette panels (6.0 m x 1.5 m), incl. dismantling of building services, elevators etc.. Kitchen technology, furniture and complete clearing out of the building are done on site.
