VE 1705-016 carpentry and woodwork:

A residential project with 13 residential units each at kanadaring- an der Schutter, Baufeld West, for the Wohnbau Stadt Lahr GmbH is being built on an inner-city area that is free of construction at the start of construction. The two 5-storey houses will not have a basement. They are built in solid construction (external walls KS or reinforced concrete with a thermal insulation composite system; ceilings and roof: reinforced concrete with slope insulation and extensive green roofs). The buildings are built in the "KFW Efficiency House 55" standard. Technical rooms and other auxiliary rooms are located on the ground floor. The performance of the carpentry and timber construction work, basement partition walls is the subject of this tender.
