The contract tendered consists of relocation, packaging and storage until the transfer to the Reichsarchivet of archivalies in connection with the move from Århusgade 110, 2100 Copenhagen Ø to Strandgade 29, 1416 Copenhagen K. The archivalis are located in the basement of the FSA at the address Aarhusgade 110, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. The actual execution of the package and the move to the vendor's archive, is not expected to take more than a maximum of 14 days. After this, the task will consist of the retention of the archives until handover to the Reich Archives, expected during 2025. The task includes a total of approximately 1,200 shelf meter archivalies.

The tender shall relate to the supply of relocation, packaging and storage by the contracting entity pending the transfer to the Reichsarchivet of archivalies in connection with the move from Århusgade 110, 2100 Copenhagen Ø to Strandgade 29, 1416 Copenhagen K.
