Establishment and rental of a pavilion building for two special schools for a total of 80 students with associated KKFO and staff conditions.

At Sundholm, pavilions for temporary special schools will be built for the start of school in 2023. The pavilions will accommodate two schools of 40 students each and associated staff facilities. There must be a clear boundary between the two parts, where one part must accommodate children in category 3 (ADHD and autism) and the other part must accommodate children in category 4 (developmentally disabled children).

The rental period must be three years, with the possibility of extension. The tender covers all services necessary for complete completion.

The pavilion supplier must coordinate the works with the contractor for outdoor areas.

The estimated value of the contract relates to both execution and rental costs.
