The execution of the contract is subject to the technical conditions described in the CCTP, defining all the services to be performed.

this Framework Agreement (Ac) is executed within the framework of a grouping of orders according to Art. L.2113-6 of the Public Order Code, with the following organizations:

- The Semader ;

- The Sidr;

- The Sodiac ;

- The Cdc Hom.

the coordinator of the order group is Semader.

The latter is responsible for awarding, signing and notifying the contract. Each member must monitor the performance of the services on his respective assets.

the CA is fixed without a minimum amount and a maximum amount for the entire duration of the contract (including any renewals):

- Lot 1 : 3 466 000,00 EUR HT

- Lot 2 : 331 000,00 EUR HT
