This contract concerns a complete mission of project author (feasibility studies, preliminary project, planning permit application file with impact and execution study), and in optional phases the monitoring of the execution and assistance to the Project Owner for the redevelopment and requalification of the public space of Bd Jamar/Midi following the ongoing underground interventions.

The mission aims to give the area of intervention all the qualities of a public space of metropolitan scope, welcoming for all audiences and for diversified uses. The mission is also exemplary in terms of accessibility for all and sustainability in the broad sense in order to ensure a quality public space in the long term.
