1. The subject of the contract is the supply of blank permits of the minister responsible for transport intended for exchange for the year 2024, as well as passes for EKMT permits, books of EU journey forms and INTERBUS forms.
Within the following parts:
Part I of the order: Delivery of blank permits of the minister responsible for transport to be exchanged for the year 2024.
Part II of the contract: Supply of control books — ECMT licence passes, EU journey form books and INTERBUS forms.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is specified in Part III of the SWZ OPZ and Part IV of the PPU;
The contract is included in the procurement procedure plan published in the Public Procurement Bulletin under number 2.2.8 and is awarded as a part, each of which constitutes a separate procedure.

Delivery of blank permits of the minister responsible for transport to be exchanged for 2024The subject of the contract is the delivery of blank permits of the minister competent for transport intended for exchange for 2024:
- blank permits of the minister competent for transport for the carriage of goods with specimens,
- blanks of permits of the minister responsible for transport for the carriage of passengers with specimens.
A detailed description of the order and the required quantities are described in Part III of the SWZ.

1. When submitting a bid for lot I of the contract, the contractor shall not be obliged to lodge a tendering security.
2. The Contractor shall be obliged to lodge a performance bond for the amount constituting: 3% of the total price specified in the bid in accordance with Article 452(2) of the PPL.
3. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate and does not request that the Contractor submit the said means of evidence together with the offer.
