The target of the procurement is the cost accounting software to be used by the City of Helsinki's Department of Social Services, Health and Rescue Services (SOTEPE), which will be procured as a comprehensive service (SaaS) provided by the software provider. The total service must cover the software and continuous services as well as their implementation.

The task of the costing software is to enable the creation of a calculation model and the maintenance of a calculation code for total and performance costing according to the desired service and product structure. The calculation, presentation and comparison of results between alternative production methods and units, for example, is carried out in one integrated software. The software must include the necessary reporting and analytics tools with visualizations, but it must also be possible to use the data flexibly in various external systems.
