Through Tromsøpakke 3 — Stakkevollvegen, Tromsø kommune shall expand existing roads as part of it's initiative regarding public transport and cyclists and pedestrians. The main objection of the expansion is to establish public transport lanes, cycle lanes and foot paths along Stakkevollveggen from the intersection toward Johan Hensens gate at the roundabout in Hansjordnesbukta in the south, to the crossover/Erling Kjeldsnes road in the north.
