Implementation of a two-stage EU award procedure under the type of procedure "Restricted procedure with public participation competition".
The new building of the Schwaketenbad will be erected on the same building plot after the Schwaketenbad, which was destroyed by a major fire, was demolished. The building consists of 3 hall-like structures and a slide tower. The
Structures extend over a total length of approx. 124 m and a total width of approx. 80 m. The storey heights are around 5 to around 11 m. The slide tower is approx. 20 m high, with a floor height of approx. 4 m. Most of the building has a basement.
The roof structure is largely a load-bearing steel structure with a wooden panel as the ceiling panel for the roof skin. Parts of the construction are provided with a reinforced concrete roof.
Scope:
- Façade steel post-and-beam construction with triple glazing approx. 600 m
- Facade aluminum post-and-beam construction with triple glazing approx. 430 m
- Facade aluminum element construction with triple glazing approx. 10 m
- Interior partition wall aluminum post-and-beam construction with single or double glazing approx. 670 m
- Doors in the above-mentioned constructions with one and two leaves approx. 20 pieces
- Aluminum parapet sheet approx. 750 m.
