The assignment consists of the following activities:

- supplying, installing and ready-to-use AV resources in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements;

- offering full support in the implementation of various AV resources, also in the link with all surrounding applications (source systems) and future systems;

- offering maintenance in the event of malfunctions or defects (preventive and corrective) AV resources and services supplied and installed from this tender at the various Aeres locations;

- offering the opportunity to provide training, support and advice to Aeres employees about newly delivered and installed AV resources and services;

- supplying standard maintenance and support and expansion packages on the various AV resources.
