The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of harvesting and rips of timber, forest breeding and protection, fire protection, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities and meadow and agricultural management according to annexes SWZ 3.1 -3.4: size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; sortmenting arrangement of timber harvesting; summary of distances and conditions of the break Timber; List of surfaces where protection of raids and sub-raids is planned list of surfaces, where the protection of raids and sub-raids is planned Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract, is determined by Decision No 142 of the Director of Regional Forests Directorate State in Krosno of 7 October 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the forest districts grouped in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).
