1. The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables. The order is divided into four parts entitled:

Part 1: MOCVD consumables

Part 2: MOCVD consumables

Part 3: MOCVD consumables

Part 4: MOCVD consumables

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract have been specified

in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Valuation Form and

in Annex 3 to SWZ - template contract.
