The procurement is for a contract for data and telephony subscriptions for the trains and operative managers. Tenderers must be able to provide data on the Airport Express Train stretch (Drammen - Oslo Airport). The contract will be valid from 1 January 2024.

We would like to have two different mobile networks in order to create redundancy. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more mobile networks.

The Airport Express Train has two different types of trains; 15 of type 71, and 8 and type 78. Both have approx. 240 seats. The data traffic consists of:

- Passengers access to the internet.

- Plane tags (print out baggage tags on the train).

- Information from the train to Bane NOR (facilities, locked trains, etc.).

- The Airport Express Train personnel's access to the internet and internal systems.

- Content on information screens.

- Condition data and technical train remote diagnosis for the Airport Express Train.

In the last twelve months (May 2022 up to an including April 2023), approx. 15 TB have been downloaded and approx. 2 TB have been uploaded.
