The contract has as its object the recovery service, pursuant to art. 181 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 of the following waste, coming from the ecological platforms or from the municipal territory of the municipalities that are members of CEM Ambiente S.p.A.:
• CER 20.01.38 - Wood other than that referred to in heading No 20.01.37 - for an estimated quantity of approximately 22.500 tonnes on an annual basis;
• CER 15.01.03 - Wood packaging - for an estimated quantity of about 500 tons on an annual basis,
for a total annual quantity estimated at 23,000 tons, for which – also due to the requirements of favor partecipationis – two distinct lots are planned, identical in size and type and separately awardable, each consisting of 11,500 tons. of waste to be recovered.
