1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of services related to regular passenger transport in the field of public transport, in road transport, in accordance with the timetable agreed with the Contracting Authority. 2. The performance of the contract includes the performance of the above-mentioned services on six communication lines, each of which corresponds to a separate part of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is divided into six parts. A contractor may apply for one, two or three lots of the contract. A contractor may be awarded a contract for one, two, three, four, five or six lots of the contract. 2. All information on the subject matter of the contract, the conditions of participation in the procedure, the grounds for exclusion, the criteria for the evaluation of tenders, the terms and conditions of the contract shall be publicly available on the website of the procedure.
Line W1: Węgrzce - Batowice
For the envisaged period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
The line operates 5 days a week from approx. 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (the number of trips and detailed departure times to be agreed with the Operator, but not less than 15 trips a day).
In the months of July and August, the number of trips is limited to 8 per day
