In Vojens town, there are several gas-supplied residential areas that are to be converted to district heating. In this connection, the existing pipeline network will be expanded to make it possible to convert the gas-consuming homes to district heating.

The overall project is put out to tender through several tenders, the present tender documents cover stages 2+3 containing up to 363 plugs and cable installation, cf. drawing equipment contained in the tender documents.

The total project, including stage 1, which is currently expected to be initiated in May 2023, is expected to have a total value of approx. DKK 64 million. Stages 2 + 3 are estimated at a value of EUR 30 million, as indicated in point II 1.5.

The contract is offered as the main contract and thus includes the purchase, sub-design, establishment and re-establishment of district heating systems in the city of Vojens.

The tenderer is responsible for the procurement of all necessary components (procurement) in connection with the execution of the project. Components and their quality/standard are described in the technical specifications of the tender documents (FAB and SAB) it is the Tenderer's responsibility that the purchased materials live up to what is described.

The tenderer must also carry out all construction work in connection with the establishment of the district heating network expansion in the city of Vojens. Including contractor work for breaking, digging work as well as re-establishment, assembly work on pipe work including welding, sleeve and establishment of monitoring system.

The tenderer must carry out sample sketches for each customer who wants to be converted to district heating.
