The merger does not mean that no SMEs can tender for this assignment. On the contrary, the contracting authorities expect to benefit from the merger, because the contractor can organise the work more efficiently.

The agreement is entered into for a period of 4 years with the possibility to unilaterally extend this agreement once from the client for a period of two years. The effective date of the agreement is January 1, 2023.
