Provision of cleaning and waste management services, maintenance of urbanization and green spaces and pest management for the Central University Hospital of Asturias (hereinafter HUCA) and Hospital Vital Álvarez Buylla (hereinafter HVAB).

The general cleaning service of the HUCA building includes the cleaning of all the dependencies that make up the hospital, which includes both its own hospital facilities and the annex buildings of the Technical Department of the National Silicosis Institute, the headquarters building of the ISPA-FINBA Research Institute , the chapel of La Cadellada, the industrial building, including the exterior and interior of all of them.

The general cleaning service of the HVAB includes the cleaning of all the units that make up the hospital, as well as the industrial building, the parking lot and the exterior spaces of roads and perimeter sidewalks of the building, including the exterior and interior of all of them.

The maintenance and cleaning service of the urbanization will achieve the following tasks: perform maintenance, cleaning, conservation and repair of the pavement of sidewalks, road traffic, squares and pedestrian spaces, ornamental elements, urban furniture and infrastructure of the roads public spaces and facilities of the hospital complex. Likewise, it must maintain the green spaces of the hospital complex.

The pest control service will provide, manage and operate a comprehensive pest control management system in hospitals in order to regulate the establishment of an integrated and permanent control program against all types of pests and their corrective actions for the purpose to reduce and, where appropriate, eliminate the degree of existing infestation.

In addition, said elimination must be maintained over time through the application of chemical, biological and environmental management methods.
