The purpose of this contract is to supply equipment and consumables to upgrade the fibre optic networks of Aix Marseille University (Amu).

This is a single-contractor framework agreement executed as and when purchase orders are issued pursuant to the provisions of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code (this is the new name of the "purchase order contract concluded with an economic operator").

Equipment and consumables are delivered to one of the sites indicated in Article 6 of the CCTP.
