The objective of the procurement is to develop a professional system for administration of protected areas. The system shall handle geographical monitoring objects (an entire protected area, or type of nature defined as preservation object subject to monitoring), with accompanying preservation areas (defined as the condition in a monitoring object (type of nature)). This includes defined state variables, condition classifications and monitoring methods, as well as surveillance data.

The system shall also handle the utilised monitoring methods and measures, implemented in the protected areas.
