The subject of the contract is "Provision of substantive application assessment services and evaluation of the Grantees' expansion strategy under the Polish Technological Bridges project for the fifth and sixth recruitment carried out in 2019"
The proceedings are conducted in Polish on the electronic Purchasing Platform at https://paih.eb2b.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or System).
The contract is co-financed under contract No. POIR.03.03.01-00-0001 / 17-00 concluded between the Ministry of Development and PAIH SA for the implementation of the Polish Technological Bridges Project, Sub-measure 3.3.1 "Polish Technological Bridges", Measure 3.3. Support for the promotion and internationalization of innovative enterprises, Priority Axis No. 3 - Support for innovation in enterprises, Intelligent Development Operational Program for 2014-2020.
1. The subject of the contract "Provision of substantive evaluation services and evaluation strategies for Grantees under the Polish Technology Bridges for the fifth and sixth recruitment implemented in 2019" is the provision of expert services consisting of:
1.1. making substantive evaluation of Applications for entrusting grants submitted by entrepreneurs - potential Grantees - in calls conducted by the Employer on individual markets in the Polish Technological Bridges project.
The substantive assessment of entrepreneurs' applications for the award of a grant consists of two independent, but successive stages, i.e.
- 1st stage of substantive assessment - it concerns the substantive assessment of the Grantee's application carried out in parallel by two independent experts through the Electronic Service System (SOE),
- 2nd stage of substantive assessment - it concerns the substantive assessment of the application carried out by three independent experts during the meeting of the Experts Panel, at which the experts meet the Applicants. The 2nd degree substantive assessment is a separate assessment carried out in parallel by three experts and applies only to Applicants who have gone on to further assessment after the 1st degree substantive assessment.
1.2. making substantive assessment of developed strategies for the expansion of Grantees on a given foreign market after completed workshops on a given market
And using the package of individual expert consultations to work out the final document.
2. The contract concerns the substantive evaluation of Grant applications and the strategy for the expansion of Grantees to the Chinese, US, UAE, Canadian, Norwegian and Japanese markets.
