The TGZ with its start-up center (2,650 m2 of office and workshop space, commissioning in 1998) and BioCubator (1,270 m2 of office and laboratory space, commissioning in 2009) is part of the BioCampus in Straubing-Sand port and housed 43 companies with 213 employees (as of December 2020). Due to increasing demand, the aim is now to expand the TGZ as quickly as possible. The special feature of innovation, technology and start-up centers is that rental space is planned and maintained for users who are still unknown or regularly changing. A building and space concept with maximum variability, flexibility and multi-functionality is therefore necessary. Rental space is to be created in the form of office, laboratory and storage space, a co-working area, apartments, and an event and conference area.
Specialist planning services Technical equipment electrical engineering (plant groups 4, 5, 6 and 7) in accordance with §§ 53 ff. in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021, work phases 5 to 9, for the expansion of the technology and start-up centre in the port of Straubing-Sand.
