1. The subject of the contract is the colocation service of computer equipment of the Data Processing Center of the Marshal of the Marshal.

2. The terms of performance of the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

3. The Contracting Authority informs that it conducted preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure. The minutes of the consultations are attached as Annex 1E to the swz.

4. Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority shall specify that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ persons performing activities in the field of performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
