The subject of the contract is the supply of furniture and equipment to the Military Institute of Medicine - National Research Institute. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. The order was divided into 12 packages. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers. A contractor may submit a bid for one or more lots of the contract. A single package is considered to be part of the order. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions set out in the draft contract attached hereto:
1) No. 5 to the SWZ – for packages: 1, 2, 3, 4;
2) No. 6 to the SWZ – for the package: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
