Joint framework agreement (with purchase orders and subsequent contracts) for project management missions for the Rouget de Lisle de Poissy eco-district, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of orders set at 1,500,000 euros excluding VAT per 4-year period, i.e. 3,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT over the total period. NB: it is specified that the CPV codes are as follows: main code 74200000-1 and additional code 71520000-9

The purpose of this framework agreement is:- to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for the realization of a complete mission for the public spaces remaining to be realized, for a mission of rehabilitation of an existing booth on the site, as well as for the management of the interfaces.- to establish the terms and modalities of realization of the services ordered through the purchase orders, as well as the form of issuance of the latter.
