The contracting authority buys and sells skimmed milk powder in the context of the public

intervention in implementation of Regulations (EU) No 1308/2013, (EU) No 1370/2013, (EU) 2016/1238 and (EU) 2016/1240.

The purpose of this public contract is to designate one tenderer with one or more warehouses in Flanders, who

comply with the technical requirements set out in this specifications, in order to obtain the contracting authority

store goods and this as long as the European Commission does not decide the stored batches of skimmed milk powder back on the

market.
