2. The subject of the contract is the delivery of servers and arrays, switches and uplink modules, divided into the following Tasks:

Task No. 1: Delivery of servers

A detailed description of the contract can be found in Appendix 3.1 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract/Minimum requirements for Task No. 1.

The detailed scope of the performance of the subject of the contract is included in the contract template (which constitutes the proposed provisions of the contract within the meaning of Article 134 (1) (20) uPzp), which is Annex 4.1 to SWZ.

Task 2: Delivery of arrays, switches and uplink modules

A detailed description of the contract can be found in Appendix 3.2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract/Minimum requirements for Task No. 2.

The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject matter of the contract can be found in the model contract (which constitutes the draft provisions of the contract within the meaning of Article 134(1)(20) of the Public Procurement Act), constituting Appendix No. 4.1 to the Terms of Reference.

4. In the Offer Form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and in the OPZ – Appendix 3.1 to the Terms of Reference, the quantities of equipment that the Contracting Authority intends to purchase under the said order are indicated.

5. Order completion time: up to 7 days from the date of concluding the contract

The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject matter of the contract is set out in the model contract (which constitutes the proposed provisions of the contract within the meaning of Article 134(1)(20) of the Public Procurement Act), constituting Appendix No. 4.2 to the Terms of Reference.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right, at the stage of acceptance of the subject of the contract for Task No. 2, to verify the fulfilment of the requirement for the performance of the array by carrying out performance tests using the "VDBench" software. The installation of the tool and the above-mentioned tests will be carried out by the Contractor in cooperation with the Ordering Party. Before the tests are carried out, the Ordering Party shall save data on the matrix so that the physical "occupancy" of the array (after compression) is at least 100 minutes. 80%.

As part of the parameterization of the command invoked from the level of the VDBench tool, the Contractor has the option to specify only the values of the parameters specified in the specification. The number of threads, connected hosts, or volumes made available to hosts can be selected by the Executor. All other parameters not specified in the query must assume default values. Achieving the average IOPS value specified in the Contract Item Description performance with the specified IOPS traffic parameters and array configuration over a period of 120 minutes will be considered as meeting the requirement.

3. In the Offer Form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and in the OPZ – Appendix 3.2 to the Terms of Reference, the quantities of equipment that the Contracting Authority intends to purchase under the said contract are indicated.
