The Finnish Wildlife Agency publishes the Hunter and Jägaren magazines for the purpose of promoting game management. The magazine is distributed to all those who have paid the game management fee, of which there are currently more than 300,000. The magazines have been published in six issues a year and currently have approximately 300,000 (Hunter) and 18,500 (Jägaren) editions per issue.

The Finnish Wildlife Agency (hereinafter referred to as "the client" or "contracting entity") will request your tender for the printing and distribution of the Hunter and Jägaren magazines in four, five or six issues per year in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The Finnish Wildlife Agency reserves the right not to print more than two issues of the magazine per year.

Partial tenders are not permitted because the procurement forms a whole for the contracting entity, the sub-activities of which are interdependent. Alternative offers are not allowed.

The number of editions and events presented in the invitation to tender are estimates. During the contract period, the number of editions and events will vary somewhat.

The subscriber chooses one (1) supplier with whom it concludes the contract.
