The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, DHF Directorate, wants to conclude a Framework Agreement with one service provider in the field of advice, supply, maintenance and management of Mechanical Installations. The intention is that the Framework Agreement will take effect on 16 October 2023.

For places or areas abroad where there are no local possibilities or where undesirable situations may arise for safety reasons, a partner is sought who is able to offer assistance in the installation and delivery of materials with the aim of delivering mechanical building-related installations for housing objects of the Client, working.

In terms of skills, the installer is expected to be professional and representative, which is reflected in good communication skills – in both Dutch and English – and professional performance. In addition, it is expected that he will be able to make a clear report on the progress, finances and any details of current projects abroad and to explain the application and use of the installations and products he is working on.

All work must comply with the applicable Dutch norms and standards in terms of quality, safety and craftsmanship.
