This consultation concerns the operation of the Touques transfer center, located at RD 37, chemin de la Briqueterie, Lieu-dit Le Marais in Touques (14800) and the transport of household and similar waste to the energy recovery unit. Ecostu'Air, located ZAC de Port-Jérôme II in Saint-Jean-de-Folleville (76170) on the one hand, and the operation of the transfer center of Yvetot, located 2499 route d'Yvetot in Touffreville La Corbeline ( 76190) and the transport of household and similar waste to the Ecostu'Air energy recovery unit on the other hand.

The services to be provided concern the operation of the Touques transfer center and its surroundings and the transport of household waste from this center to the UVE Ecostu'Air. As an indication, in 2019, this center assured the break in load of 22,269 t of household waste, including 14,651 t of household and similar waste and waste from the recycling center and 1,761 t of clean and dry waste from the Community of Cœur Côte Fleurie municipalities, 5,220 t of household and similar waste and waste from the recycling center and 637 t of clean and dry waste from selective collections from the Community of Terre d'Auge municipalities.

The services to be provided relate to the operation of the Yvetot transfer center, dedicated to the transfer of household and similar waste, incinerable waste from recycling centers and clean and dry waste from door-to-door collections of the Community of Yvetot Normandy municipalities , as well as the transport of household and similar waste and incinerable waste to the Ecostu'Air energy recovery unit located in Saint-Jean-de-Folleville (76170). As an indication, this center ensured in 2019 the load break of 7,526 t of household waste, including 5,632 t of household waste, 1,273 t of clean and dry waste from selective collection and 621 t of incinerable waste from recycling centers.
