Small locks Kiel, outer ports - ordnance evacuation, test fields

As part of the construction of the Small Lock, approx. 62,000 m from the outer ports 3rd Take up dredged material. According to the KRD SH assessment, the areas are suspected of being a weapon. Initial investigations into the presence of ordnance show that there are a large number of ferromagnetic anomalies on the water bed. Due to the high potential for interference, it is not possible to evaluate the measurement results in the case of individual subareas.

For the present boundary conditions, the technical implementation of the ordnance evacuation should be checked with 3 different evacuation methods within the test fields advertised here.
