The European open tender has as its object the assignment of the technical and economic feasibility design service, to be drawn up and returned in BIM mode, for priority works contained in the SUMP: Underground parking Piazza Roosevelt, (int. code 0A20307-01), with the criterion of awarding the most economically advantageous offer, based on the competition of qualitative criteria only, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 71 and 108 c.5 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, for a fixed cost of € 576,046.60, net of VAT and charges.

The service subject of the tender consists in the drafting of a Technical and Economic Feasibility Project, to be drawn up and returned in BIM, relating to the "PIAZZA ROOSEVELT UNDERGROUND CAR PARK" (complementary work to the construction of the Bologna Tramway Line) of at least two floors, drawn up pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023, according to the indications contained in the Technical-illustrative Report of the service framework and in the Design Guidance Document (DIP) pursuant to art. 41 paragraph 3 and Annex I.7 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 as amended. Surveys and specialist studies are also included. The technical-economic feasibility design must concern the construction of a parking lot of at least two underground floors and at the same time provide for the functional reorganization of the square itself, the nearby Piazza Galilei and the access and exit roads from the area. The successful bidder is required to make available, for the entire duration of the service, the design group in which the following professional figures are present:

1. architectural, urban integration and redevelopment of spaces;

2. designer of structural works;

3. designer of technological systems (thermal, plumbing, electrical, computer networks, etc.);

4. Specialist in environmental impact studies;

5. Geologist;

6. specialist in assessments of the archaeological interest of sites;

7. safety designer pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments;

8. BIM specialist (BIM Manager);

9. fire-fighting professional pursuant to Legislative Decree 139/2006 (ex L 818/84);

10. specialist in the field of acoustics pursuant to Framework Law no. 447/95 with registration in the national list of competent technicians in acoustics - ENTECA of the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of the Land and Sea pursuant to Article 21 of Legislative Decree no. 42 of 17 February 2017;

It should be noted that the professionals indicated, if in possession of the required requirements, may also be responsible for more than one specialist service.
