The City of Leipzig, represented by the Transport and Civil Engineering Authority, is planning to replace the Sesenheimer Straße bridge (II/R02) in Leipzig. The following services are to be awarded to an overall planner: Object planning bridge LPH 1-7, structural planning LPH 2-6, object planning traffic facilities LPH 1-7, as well as special services such as the creation of a diversion concept and line coordination. In addition, the scope of services includes the following environmental planning services:
- Landschaftspflegerische Begleitplanung (LBP),
- Landscape conservation implementation planning (LAP),
- Preparation of the species protection contribution (ASB).
The start of construction is given by the client as 2031.
The gross construction costs are currently estimated at 4.5 million euros.
Planning services are scheduled to begin in October 2023.
The invitation to tender will cover the services for:
- Object planning of civil engineering structures according to §43 HOAI for LPH 1-4 (optional LPH 5-7)
- Structural design according to §51 HOAI for LPH 2-3 (optional LPH 4-6)
- Object planning of traffic facilities §47 HOAI for LPH 1-4 (optional LPH 5-7)
- Landschaftspflegerischer Begleitplan LPH 1-3
- Landschaftspflegerische Ausführungsplanung (optional LPH 4-6)
- Species protection contribution points 1-3 (optional point 5)
- Creation of detour concept
- Leitungskoordination
by negotiated procedure with competitive tendering.
