The municipality of Stjørdal c/o the Agency for technical operations property department, hereinafter called the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender competition regarding 'The framework Agreement for the purchase of furniture and fixtures for the municipalities building projects'.

The municipality of Stjørdal shall within two to four years have completed the construction of four nursery schools, and there are also plans to build / renovate 2 schools. In addition, further youth buildings shall be completed during the 4 year period.

In view of this, the municipality of Stjørdal will enter into a 2-year framework agreement (with an option to extend for an additional 1 +1 year(s)) with one party regarding the purchase of furniture and fixtures for the municipalities construction projects which include nursery schools, schools and offices.

The exact contract value can not be determined and bidders must because of this use the estimated construction activity as the basis for services. The Awarding Authority estimates the contract value to be approximately between 4-5 million NOK over the four year period. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Awarding Authority.
