The subject of the contract is the provision of a public utility transport service for all residents as part of regular transport understood as a generally available public transport service provided by a public transport operator in order to meet the transport needs of the community in the area described in the individual parts of the contract on an ongoing and uninterrupted basis (Article 4(1)(12) of the Public Transport Act collective bargaining)

As part of the subject matter of the contract for all parts, the Contractor will be obliged to provide transport services consisting in bringing and dropping off students from the Nowogard municipality to schools in accordance with the lines created by the contractor, with priority for students with monthly tickets purchased by the Contracting Authority from the contractor at the prices set in the present proceedings, taking into account the statutory discounts for public transport to which these students are entitled – Art.
