Engineering services of project and contract management including the processing of supplements in the course of the maintenance phase

With the awarding of the above-mentioned services, tasks in the sense of construction management, partial monitoring and higher-level contract/project management, but with defined decision-making powers, are transferred over the duration of the contract period. The contractor for tasks for technical contract and project management, including supplementary processing (AN), performs to a large extent the tasks of controlling and coordinating the specialists of the client employed for project support and their representatives on the client side. The contractor appears on site at the construction site, in the construction office and in meetings in presence. The Contractor shall be involved in meetings to the extent necessary, in particular from a technical point of view, and shall advise and, if necessary, represent the Client.
