The purpose of this European public tender, consisting of 6 lots, is to arrive at framework agreements for the supply of road salt and brine for the fight against slipperiness to the Province of Gelderland and various cooperating municipalities in Gelderland. P1: Province of Gelderland; P2: Municipality of Apeldoorn; P3: Municipality of Arnhem; P4: Municipality of Zevenaar; P5: Municipalities achterhoek region; P6: Municipalities region De Liemers and Rijk van Nijmegen. 1 contractor is contracted per plot. The term is a maximum of 4 years.

Tenderers may submit a tender for one (1), several or all perce(s). The Province of Gelderland is the coordinator.

The purpose of this lot 1 is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of road salt and brine for the prevention of slipperiness to the Province of Gelderland.

The duration of the framework agreement of Lot 1 is two (2) years (May 2023 to April 2025), with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year until a maximum of 1 May 2027.

The framework agreement for Lot 1 shall be awarded to the tenderer who has paid the lowest price for that Lot 1.

The purpose of this lot 2 is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of road salt for the prevention of slipperiness to the municipality of Apeldoorn. No brine needs to be supplied for this plot.

The duration of the Framework Contract of Lot 2 is two (2) years (May 2023 to April 2025), with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year until a maximum of 1 May 2027.

The framework agreement for Lot 2 shall be awarded to the tenderer who has paid the lowest price for lot 2.

The purpose of this lot 3 is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of road salt and brine for the prevention of slipperiness to the municipality of Arnhem.

The duration of the framework agreement of Lot 3 is two (2) years (May 2023 to April 2025), with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year until a maximum of 1 May 2027.

The framework agreement for Lot 3 shall be awarded to the tenderer who has paid the lowest price for that Lot 3.

The purpose of this lot 4 is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of road salt and brine for the prevention of slipperiness to the municipality of Zevenaar.

The duration of the framework agreement of Lot 4 is two (2) years (May 2023 to April 2025), with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year until a maximum of 1 May 2027.

The framework agreement for Lot 4 shall be awarded to the tenderer who has paid the lowest price for that Lot 4.

The purpose of this lot 5 is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of road salt and brine for the prevention of slipperiness to municipalities in the Achterhoek region.

The duration of the framework agreement of Lot 5 is two (2) years (May 2023 to April 2025), with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year until a maximum of 1 May 2027.

The framework agreement for Lot 5 shall be awarded to the tenderer who has paid the lowest price for lot 5.

The purpose of this lot 6 is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of road salt and brine for the prevention of slipperiness to municipalities in the De Liemers region and Rijk van Nijmegen.

The duration of the framework agreement of Lot 6 is two (2) years (May 2023 to April 2025), with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year until a maximum of 1 May 2027.

The framework agreement for Lot 6 shall be awarded to the tenderer who has paid the lowest price for that lot 6.
