The development of maintenance, preventive and corrective work, in the following types of facilities: electricity (high and low voltage), lifting devices, thermal installations and fire-fighting installations, belonging to the Pazo de la Cultura and Recinto Ferial buildings. It also includes the conservation and maintenance in good working conditions of the carpentry, plumbing and sanitation installations, and all those minor repairs of the building, and in order to achieve a high quality in the electricity supply service, minimize the possible dangers to which people or material goods could be exposed, and that they had their origin in any of the facilities of the buildings, and guarantee an adequate conservation over time of the facilities object of this specification. All activities according to the scope and description established in the specific technical specifications (PPTP).
