the contract takes the form of a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator and executed by the issuance of purchase orders without prior negotiation or reopening of competition, pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract is concluded for a period of four (4) years from the date of its notification. Purchase orders are issued during the period of validity of the contract. The contract is concluded with the following minimum and maximum amounts for its entire duration: - minimum amount: 800,000 euro (s) HT - maximum amount: 1 800 000 euro (s) HT The minimum amount corresponds to the commitment of the atih to place orders up to this amount during the period of performance of the contract. The maximum amount indicated above corresponds to the commitment of the holder to honor the orders placed by the atih throughout the duration of the contract. The estimated notification date is 14 April 2023

The subject of this contract relates to: - the hardware and software maintenance of the existing storage part of the atih on the 2 Lyon and Paris sites; - the evolution of storage in capacity and performance over the duration of the market; - technical expertise services in the storage area.
