IDF HABITAT has included in its strategic heritage plan the rehabilitation of the buildings located at 1 to 8 rue Henri Barbusse and 1 to 6 allée Maxime Gorki in Fontenay sous Bois.In terms of energy, the planned work programme should make it possible to move the heritage from label D/E to label B (Consumption less than 90 kWh EP/m².year). The programme of works also makes it possible to improve the weaknesses identified in the functioning of the heritage.
