Technical project controlling and expert advice in the Addinol project to support the LAF in carrying out its tasks for the professional, timely and cost-effective execution of the hazard prevention measures in the Addinol project as well as for the support of the LAF as the responsible soil protection authority in the period 2022 to 2025 with annual options for 2026 and 2027.

The tasks of the contractor include:

Support of the LAF in the tasks for project management and refinancing of the measures relevant to the exemption of contaminated sites (security measures) in the Addinol project.

This includes overarching tasks such as cost and schedule controlling, controlling and monitoring the implementation of measures by the project management agencies in accordance with the agreement, and specialist consulting services for LAF in connection with the concrete technical implementation of the exemption-relevant measures. In addition, there are services to support LAF as the competent soil protection authority, in particular preparation for statements in TOEB procedures. Expert advice and technical controlling are provided in close coordination with the specialist authorities and other experts.
