Architectural services for interim new GEBII building within the women's clinic of the UK-Würzburg

The Klinikum Würzburg intends to build the new obstetric ward II (GEB II). It is intended to relocate the station in the vacant adjacent wing of the building, on the 2nd floor, after extensive renovation measures. 10 2-bed rooms, 2 family rooms, as well as necessary room structures belonging to the station are to be created.

Rough cost estimate: KG 300: 1.000.000,- KG 400: 1.600.000,-, KG 600: 100.000,-Euro (information without VAT), GFA approx. 840m2, planning phase 2022, start of construction 2023, commissioning 2024. A coordinated usage concept is available.
