1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive sale and provision of heat / heat energy distribution / transmission services to the facilities of Zespół Żłobków m.st. Warsaw.

2. Common Procurement Vocabulary:

CPV: 09.30.00.00-2 Electricity, heat, solar and nuclear energy

3. Data on the Employer's branches covered by the contract and the forecasted demand for heat energy and heat carrier supplement is attached as Annex 3

Forecasted demand for thermal energy: 88 399.2822 GJ

3. The forecasted demand for thermal energy specified by the Employer is estimated and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Employer to purchase thermal energy in the given amount. Regardless of the actual amount of heat consumption, the Contractor is obliged to use unit prices offered in the price calculation. In the event of a discrepancy between the planned and actual consumption, the Contractor shall not make any additional financial claims for this than those arising from the actual consumption of thermal energy, and in particular he shall not charge any contractual penalty or additional fees.

The contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract, taking into account the implementation conditions indicated in point 21.2 of the ToR.
