The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste in the city of Grajewo from the owners of inhabited properties and parts of uninhabited properties in the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from residential and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated in the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Mixed waste collection facilities are provided by property owners. The contractor is obliged to lease the containers to the property owners for an additional fee borne by the property owners.
Containers and bags for collecting separately collected waste for owners of inhabited properties are provided by the Contractor.
1) Multifamily development
(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:
Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers set up in existing places (dumpster gazebos, designated areas for containers). Containers are provided by property owners.
Frequency of exports - 3 times a week on days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 700 to 2000 (subject to increasing the frequency of exports during holidays - in an amount adjusted to needs). It is allowed to set other deadlines with building managers.
(b) Selectively harvested municipal waste:
Selective collection of municipal waste will take place to specialized containers. The Contractor provides containers and sets them in places indicated by the Ordering Party. Containers of another color are allowed provided the container is marked with the appropriate inscription.
The duty of the Contractor shall be:
a) monitoring and emptying containers with a frequency that guarantees that waste is not infected at the containers, but not less than 2 times a week - separately collected waste; the export of the above-mentioned waste will take place in accordance with the schedule drawn up by the Contractor and agreed by the Contractor with the building managers, in agreement and after acceptance by the Ordering Party,
b) transport and transfer of waste to the Waste Management Plant in Koszarówka and presentation to the Ordering Party (once a month) of evidence confirming the performance of these activities, i.e. the waste transfer card,
(c) maintaining containers in proper technical, sanitary and order condition.
2) Single-family buildup
(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste
Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be displayed in containers in front of the property on the day of collection. Containers are provided by property owners. Frequency of collection - once every 2 weeks on days agreed with the Ordering Party, between 7:00 and 20:00.
(b) Selectively harvested municipal waste
Selective collection of municipal waste will take place in a bag system. The Contractor provides bags and provides property owners in the following quantities:
- PET type plastics and industrial and economic plastics as well as multi-material packaging and metals - yellow - 95,000 pcs.,
- colored and colorless glass - green - 40,000 pcs.,
- paper and waste paper - blue - 30,000 pcs.,
- bio-waste - brown color - 90,000 pcs.
- ash - black or white color - 30,000 pcs.
Frequency of collection of packaging waste collected separately - 1 time per month, on days agreed with the Ordering Party, in the hours of 700 - 2000, while biodegradable waste and ash - once every two weeks;
3) Uninhabited real estate
(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01)
They will be collected in containers set up in the existing places designated for this purpose (garbage cans, designated places for containers). Containers are provided by property owners.
(b) Selectively harvested municipal waste
Separate collection of municipal waste will take place in specialized containers or bags. The property owner provides containers or bags and places them in places where they can be accessed and emptied.
